On March 8 the Richmond Hill Rotary Club congratulated Julia Mazel for being the March Junior Rotarian. Julia is an AP scholar at Richmond Hill High School. She’s also a leader in the band and a Science Olympiad. Julia plans to attend the University of Georgia and major in Animal Science. From there she’d like to join the U.S. Army and work with the Vet Corps.
